Erik Turner

Fitness has always played a large role in my life. I come from an athletic family, and have competed in a variety of sports (lacrosse, hockey, football, rugby, basketball, volleyball, and track and field). As I progressed through my athletic career I earned a NCAA Div. 1 Scholarship to play lacrosse at Cornell University.

Although I was heavily involved in athletics, I did not really get into weight training until I got to University. As part of Cornell Lacrosse I went through an extensive strength and conditioning program with one of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the world. With his guidance I learned first hand the tremendous physical and mental benefits that come from training.

As a trainer I now try to share the lessons I have obtained throughout my athletic career with all my clients. I love seeing people surpass their own expectations, and redefine their limitations. Whatever your fitness goals may be, I would love to be a part of your journey.
