When I was 15 years old I began organizing and coaching summer soccer camps.
I also began teaching swimming lessons, which I continued doing throughout University. My experience in athletic training gave me a healthy appreciation for foundational movement and that’s something I carry with me to this day.
I’ve also played a variety of sports at elite levels; from volleyball and soccer to downhill ski racing with the Jasper downhill team. The commonality between these sports is in bringing intensity to both training and competition. Simply showing up is only half the battle.
The other half is a combination of attitude, focus and drive. As a trainer, I’m here to bring all of these elements together and help you toward your own fitness goals, whatever they may be. We’ll get there together.
